I can't believe that we are heading into Week Five. We can't thank you all enough for staying at home and washing your hands. I want to say a big thank you to all who have reached out and checked in on the team.

APPOINTMENTS MOVING FOWARD.
We are unsure of an actual date on when we will return. All we know is that there will be an announcement made on Monday the 11th so fingers crossed. We are not expecting to return on the 12th as moving from level to level has not been a 24-hour turnaround. BUT what we do know is we have a great plan on how we are going to return. Which is important. You will notice that we will start making contact with you by the end of this week and moving into the next. The idea is to give you all a Week, Day and a Time but not a date as yet. As we are unsure of what that could possibly be. We will explain this more when we talk with you. Also when we do ring we will ask if you are wanting a consultation set up via video chat or phone call. This is the time to let us know if you have been tempted and done something at home. We might need more time within your appointment to sort things out if needed. Over the next few days, we are working on the hours of opening we have to work in two teams as we can not work all together side by side. Those days have gone for now. We do want you to know that we will be open 7 days moving forward to get everyone sorted so please wait for us. When you do come to the salon we ask that you come in by yourself as we can not have extras in the salon space. There will be no waiting areas unfortunately. With this we are going to have to ask you to wait outside when you arrive and we will come and get you. Time is important to us and you, with that we will be working extremely hard to keep our timings right. However if we are running a little bit behind one of the team will communicate with you.
