Lockdown Update

The team of Shining Stars are hoping that you are all okay in your bubbles at home. As you will remember we can only open at Level Two. Times like this make us realise how amazing Level one was.

Clients who have missed a booking. 

When we know what is happening we will be in touch with you to sort you a new booking. Pip is on to this and is creating a list of names and phone numbers. If you can please understand that this will take us a bit of time to get sorted. So we ask you to please be patient  with us.  As a team we are going to be putting in extra hours so we can get you all sorted as soon as we possibly can, and give you back your beautiful hair again.

Have a Booking.

If you have a booking and we are moving to Level 2 then it is still there waiting for you, however if you can not make your future book we would really love for you to let us know as soon as possible. You can email us d-or@xtra.co.nz or contact us on our website www.dorhair.co.nz .

Mandatory Coding in with your Covid Tracing App.

As you also will be aware it is now Mandatory to code in or Sign in as you come into the salon, we ask you please to do this. The Covid Tracing App is on the door outside and on the desk for you as you come. You also can sign in by paper form on the front desk.

If you are needing a top up of products we would love to help you with that. If you can not find the product that you want please email we will get back to you as soon as we can to help you.
